2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, personalization, and craftsmanship reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or marked as final sale.

Earrings (if applicable), unless received damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
